The Indiana Center on Teacher Quality (ICTQ), is a project of Indiana University’s Center on Education and Lifelong Learning.  In partnership with schools, families, agencies and communities, the ICTQ seeks to improve educational outcomes for students with disabilities by ensuring their access to high quality instruction in the general education classroom.
